# Solar A/S's major shareholder, Tind Asset Management AS, increases ownership to 5.04% with 403,263 shares at DKK 100 each.

In accordance with section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Solar A/S has disclosed that Tind Asset Management AS has notified Solar of its acquisition of shares on 5 February 2026. Tind Asset Management AS now holds a total of 403,263 Solar B shares at a value of DKK 100 per share, representing a 5.04% ownership stake in the company.
