Dalian Insulator announced that director and deputy general manager Chen Lingmin holds 296,200 shares, accounting for 0.0681%, and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 74,000 shares, accounting for 0.0170%, through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement; deputy general manager, chief financial officer, and board secretary Li Jun holds 281,200 shares, accounting for 0.0647%, and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 70,000 shares, accounting for 0.0161%, during the same period. The total planned reduction is no more than 144,000 shares, accounting for 0.0331%
