DAJIAWEIKANG announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller Wang Yiqing's concerted actor, Changsha Tongjia Investment Management Partnership, holds 9.8 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.77%. It plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 6.1621 million shares, accounting for no more than 3.00%, through centralized bidding and block trading from March 10, 2026, to June 9, 2026, 15 trading days after the announcement date. Among them, the centralized bidding will not exceed 1% within any continuous 90 calendar days, and the block trading will not exceed 2%, with the reduction price not lower than the adjusted issuance price
