It has come to our attention that some media outlets have published reports regarding the company's participation in the "22.16 billion yuan computing power project in the Toli Gathering Area of the Xinjiang Tacheng Intelligent Computing Industry." We would like to clarify the following:
- The company has participated in preliminary technical exchanges for the Tacheng project, but has not yet signed any relevant contracts. There is uncertainty regarding the company's ability to participate in the implementation of this project. In the future, if it meets the information disclosure standards, we will strictly fulfill our information disclosure obligations in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
