# Due to misleading statements related to the announcement of a significant contract, Ronbay Technology is expected to be fined 4.5 million yuan

Ronbay Technology announced on February 6 that the company received a "Notice of Case Filing" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on January 18, 2026. Due to the company's major contract announcement suspected of misleading statements, the CSRC decided to file a case against the company in accordance with the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China. The company received a "Notice of Administrative Penalty Pre-Disclosure" issued by the Ningbo Regulatory Bureau of the CSRC on February 6, 2026
