# MegaETH sets three TGE tasks; one of them must be completed to advance.

MegaETH stated in an article on X that TGE will take place 7 days after any one of the following three tasks is achieved: 1. USDM issuance reaches $500 million; 2. 10 MAFIA apps are fully deployed; 3. 3 apps generate more than $50,000 in daily fee revenue for 30 consecutive days.
