# ITC PROPERTIES invested tens of millions to acquire ZHONGMIAO 0.37%

ITC PROPERTIES (00199.HK) announced that it has entered into a framework agreement with ZHONGMIAO (01417.HK) to acquire a total of 525,100 shares of ZHONGMIAO in the open market, accounting for 0.37% of its equity, for a total consideration of HKD 10 million, to establish a long-term strategic partnership. Accordingly, both parties will explore an innovative business model of "physical asset supply + digital financial security" through resource integration and technological synergy, and will cooperate in areas such as the digitization of real-world assets (RWA), digital asset risk management, and cross-border asset distribution
