As of February 5th, 12 listed companies have conducted private placements this year, with the total financing scale increasing several times compared to the same period last year. This has attracted participation from several public fund companies, including E Fund, CAITONG SECURITIES, Nord Fund, and Xingzheng Global Fund, with new productive forces becoming the main focus of investment. Industry insiders have stated that as more participants "compete" for high-quality private placement projects, the bidding for projects has become increasingly fierce, which also raises higher requirements for fund managers' research and pricing capabilities. According to Wind data, as of February 5th, there have been 12 listed companies conducting targeted private placements this year, double the number from the same period last year; the total fundraising scale reached 84.939 billion yuan, an increase of 359% compared to the same period last year.
