# Xinlong: 15.7886 million shares held by shareholders with more than 5% ownership have been released from judicial freeze

Xinlong Holdings announced that the shares held by its shareholder Hainan Zhuhua Science and Trade Co., Ltd. have been fully released from judicial freeze. The number of shares released from judicial freeze this time is 15.7886 million shares, accounting for 39.25% of its held shares and 2.93% of the company's total share capital. The start date was December 13, 2022, and the release date is February 6, 2026, with the judicial freeze being executed by the People's Court of Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone. After this release of freeze, as of the announcement disclosure date, Hainan Zhuhua does not have any shares held in the company that are subject to judicial freeze, and this release of freeze will not have any impact on the company, nor will it lead to a change in control
