This is the first listed accommodation category Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) on the Singapore Exchange. Following the acquisition of the high-end purpose-built student accommodation project EPIISOD located in Macquarie Park, Sydney, the trust's total portfolio value reached SGD 2.1 billion as of January 2026. Approximately 64% of the trust's assets are foreign worker dormitories located in Singapore, while the remainder consists of student accommodations in the UK and Australia. The trust's foreign worker dormitories are strategically located near construction sites, and the student accommodations are also close to university campuses. We expect that for the fiscal year 2026, approximately 73% of the trust's revenue will come from purpose-built foreign worker dormitories, while 27% will come from purpose-built student accommodations. We believe that the Singapore construction industry is in an upward cycle, and the strong demand for student accommodations in the UK and Australia is expected to support the trust's earnings outlook.
