# KSTAR: The controlling shareholder Ningbo KSTAR plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

KSTAR announced that its controlling shareholder Ningbo KSTAR Venture Capital Partnership plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5.8222 million shares, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, through block trading or centralized bidding. The reason for the reduction is its own funding needs; the shares come from pre-IPO shares and shares distributed as dividends
