# ON Earnings: ON Semiconductor Stock Falls on Mixed Financial Results

The stock of ON Semiconductor (ON) is down 7% after the microchip developer reported mixed financial results for the fourth quarter of 2025.

The Phoenix, Arizona-based company announced earnings per share (EPS) of $0.64, which was ahead of the $0.62 forecast on Wall Street. But revenue in the final three months of last year totaled $1.53 billion, which fell short of the $1.54 billion expected among analysts.

In terms of guidance, ON Semiconductor forecast earnings of $0.56 to $0.66 a share and revenue of $1.44 billion to $1.54 billion for the current first quarter.
