> Boston, February 9, 2026 - Today, Cambridge Acquisition Corp., a newly established special purpose acquisition company led by Chairman Michael Cam-Phung, CEO Brent Michael Cox, and CFO Anthony Michael Naimo, successfully completed its initial public offering. The company issued a total of 23,000,000 units, with 3,000,000 units provided through the underwriters exercising their over-allotment option. Priced at $10.00 per unit, the offering generated gross proceeds amounting to $230,000,000.
