, /PRNewswire/ -- RingCentral Inc. (NYSE: RNG) will replace Hillenbrand Inc. (NYSE: HI) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of trading on Thursday, February 12. Lone Star Funds is acquiring Hillenbrand in a deal expected to be completed soon, pending final closing conditions.
