# February 10th Midday Review: Three major indices slightly declined, film and media stocks surged with a wave of limit-ups

The market fluctuated sideways in the morning, with the three major indices slightly declining. The film and media stocks surged, with over 20 stocks including Enlight Media, COL, and CFG hitting the daily limit. The concept of disperse dyes continued to rise, with Haixiang Pharmaceutical achieving three consecutive limit-ups and Jihua Group achieving two consecutive limit-ups. On the downside, retail and other consumer stocks adjusted, with Xinhua Department Store dropping over 8%. Most individual stocks fell rather than rose, with more than 2,800 stocks in the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing markets showing declines, and the morning trading volume reaching 1.41 trillion. At the midday close, the Shanghai Composite Index fell by 0.02%, the Shenzhen Component Index fell by 0.02%, and the ChiNext Index fell by 0.14%
