# Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on Feb 10

Feb 10 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Tuesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

### INDRA (IDR.MC)

Indra said on Monday it will continue operating the Haramain high-speed railway systems in Saudi Arabia under a five-year extension contract for over 130 million euros.

### AEDAS HOMES (AEDAS.MC) , NEINOR HOMES (HOME.MC)

Aedas said on Monday it had acknowledged the resignation of or removed David Martinez Montero as CEO and Santiago Fernandez Valbuena as chairman and appointed in their stead Neinor CEO Borja Garcia-Egocheaga and Neinor CFO Jordi Argemi Garcia, respectively.

The move was part of a wider reshuffle of board members after Aedas issued a favourable opinion on Neinor’s takeover offer.

### FIDERE (YFID.MC)

Canadian investment fund Brookfield is in talks to buy Blackstone-backed (BX.N) landlord Fidere (YFID.MC) for around 1.2 billion euros, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Tuesday, citing unnamed market sources.
