# Mint Incorporation partners with robotics company Rice Robotics to expand AI solutions in Asia

Hong Kong company Mint Inc. (MIMI.US), focused on AI, robotics technology, and commercial interior design and renovation, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Aspiration X has signed a non-binding memorandum of cooperation with delivery robot company Rice Robotics to explore the establishment of a strategic joint venture. Mint will provide funding, and both parties plan to initially invest approximately 10 million yuan to establish the joint venture, aiming to jointly develop localized robotics technology, accelerate the development and deployment of intelligent robotic solutions, and expand relevant R&D capabilities in Hong Kong, which will be determined by the negotiation and signing of the final agreement.

Mint's Chairman and CEO, Chen Hailong, stated that he hopes to work with Rice Robotics to build core proprietary technology, expecting to enrich and strengthen the robotics business landscape by leveraging Rice Robotics' mature delivery robot platform and its high-end customer network in Japan
