The company announced its performance for the first three fiscal quarters the previous day, with a cumulative net profit of 53.1 billion yen, an annual increase of 51.0%. The company raised its full-year net profit forecast from 64.3 billion yen to 71.3 billion yen, an annual increase of 40.3%, which is also higher than the market consensus of about 70 billion yen; the company mentioned that the effects of the interest rate hike in December and asset growth were driving factors, and that the previous weakness in stock prices stimulated capital inflow
