# LANDSEA LIFE issues a profit warning, expecting the net profit attributable to shareholders for the fiscal year 2025 to be no less than 21 million yuan, turning from a loss to a profit year-on-year

According to the announcement from LANDSEA LIFE (01965), the group expects to achieve a net profit attributable to equity owners of no less than RMB 21 million for the year ending December 31, 2025, while the net loss attributable to equity owners for the year ending December 31, 2024, is approximately RMB 318 million. The increase in net profit attributable to equity owners is due to a decrease in impairment loss provisions for trade receivables and other receivables under the expected credit loss model for the year ending December 31, 2025. Additionally, the net loss attributable to equity owners for the year ending December 31, 2024, is mainly due to a one-time impairment loss of goodwill and intangible assets of approximately RMB 140 million
