Fullshare Holdings ( (HK:0607) ) has issued an announcement.

Fullshare Holdings shareholders have approved the appointment of Prism Hong Kong Limited as the company’s auditor with immediate effect, following an extraordinary general meeting held on 10 February 2026. The resolution passed with 100% of the 297,181,419 votes cast in favour, with no votes against or abstentions recorded.

The mandate authorizes the board to fix the new auditor’s remuneration, signalling shareholder support for the change in audit arrangements and corporate oversight. All directors attended the meeting, and no shareholders were required to abstain from voting under Hong Kong listing rules, underscoring procedural compliance and broad consensus on the auditor transition.
