Buffalo Potash Corporation ( (TSE:BUFF) ) has shared an announcement.

Buffalo Potash Corporation has launched a 3D seismic program and begun re-assaying legacy drill cores at its flagship Disley Project in Saskatchewan to enhance subsurface understanding and leverage historic exploration work. The initiatives are intended to build a robust potash geoscience model that will support an updated NI 43-101 technical report and a preliminary economic assessment for the planned showcase facility and initial mine.

The new ~45 km² 3D seismic survey will tie into existing 2022 seismic coverage and historic drill holes from Imperial Oil and the Lumsden Potash Development Company, allowing Buffalo to expand its view of potash-bed continuity without the immediate cost of extensive new drilling. By integrating modern assays from legacy cores with recent confirmation drilling, the company aims to de-risk future development and strengthen the technical foundation of the Disley Project in a key global potash-producing region.
