Seazen Holdings (01030.HK) announced that in January, together with its subsidiaries, it achieved a contract sales amount of RMB 714 million, a year-on-year decrease of 29.8%; the contract sales area was 147,800 square meters. During the month, rental income was RMB 1.12 billion, a year-on-year increase of 3.3%
