# The Shengjie Accommodation Real Estate Investment Trust adds beds to the Seattle Umei project | Lianhe Zaobao

> Victory Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust has obtained a temporary license to develop an additional six-story building in Xi'awu, and to renovate the existing eight-story building, increasing the number of beds from 1,650 to 2,190. The project is expected to start in the second quarter of this year and be completed in about a year and a half, while the existing building will continue to operate and generate revenue. The trust's stock price fell 1.75% to HKD 1.12

Centurion Accommodation REIT has obtained provisional permission to develop an additional six-story building at Westlite Ubi and to renovate the existing eight-story building.

The trust announced on Tuesday (February 10) that upon completion of the above works, the number of beds at Westlite Ubi will increase from the current 1,650 to 2,190.

The trust will finance the construction costs through committed debt financing instruments.

The trust expects the above works to commence in the second quarter of this year and to be completed in about a year and a half. The existing eight-story building will continue to operate and contribute revenue.

The trust fell 1.75% to S$1.12 at market close on Tuesday.
