# Ascot Resources to rename to Cambria Gold Mines Inc., raised $175 million, extends buydown window to 2028 through restructuring.

Vancouver, BC - February 10, 2026 - Ascot Resources Ltd. (TSXV: AOT.H; OTCID: AOTVF) is set to rebrand as Cambria Gold Mines Inc., pending regulatory approval, as part of their strategic plans for the Premier and Red Mountain Projects in 2026. Following the final tranche of a private placement on January 27, 2026, the company successfully raised C$175 million. Ascot has concluded refinancing, resolved creditor obligations, and restructured debts. An agreement amendment with Sprott Private Resource Streaming and Royalty (B) Corp. extends the 50% buydown window by two years until December 2028 from the initial December 2026 deadline.
