# Bullish on industry prospects, multiple public fund institutions actively increase capital

This year, several fund companies have increased their registered capital. On February 10th, Ruiyuan Fund announced an increase in registered capital from 100 million yuan to 104.95 million yuan. On the same day, Huaan Securities announced a proposal to increase capital for Huafu Fund, with the capital increase amounting to 26.4616 million yuan and a premium rate of 1.3%. Last year, several small and medium-sized fund companies, including Nanhua Fund, Vanguard Fund, Huichuan Fund, Hengyue Fund, and Hongtu Innovation Fund, issued related announcements regarding capital increases. According to a fund researcher in Shanghai, the substantial financial input from shareholders and related parties essentially conveys a strong confidence in the long-term development of China's capital market and the public fund industry.
