# Yu Minhong: EAST BUY plans to officially establish an e-commerce training school in Beijing this year

> Yu Minhong, the founder of New Oriental, announced that EAST BUY plans to establish an e-commerce training school in Beijing this year, aimed at cultivating e-commerce operation talents and influencers. He mentioned the current emphasis on e-commerce training across various regions and expressed hope to send people to learn. Yu Minhong believes that practitioners in e-commerce live streaming need cultural training to enhance their overall level and stated that he and well-known influencers will participate in teaching

Recently, Yu Minhong, the founder of New Oriental (09901.HK) and chairman of EAST BUY (01797.HK), announced in a live broadcast that EAST BUY plans to officially establish an e-commerce training school in Beijing this year, allowing e-commerce operational talents and influencers from various regions to come to Beijing for training.

As for the original intention of establishing the e-commerce training, he revealed that relevant departments in various places are currently placing great importance on e-commerce and often express the hope of sending people for training.

As early as mid-last year, Yu Minhong mentioned in a live broadcast the idea of considering establishing the New Oriental E-commerce Academy. He believes that influencers and hosts engaged in e-commerce live streaming now need a form of cultural training.
