> Great Eagle Holdings Chairman Lo Ka-shui's family has made their first purchase in the Kai Tak new development THE HENLEY III, spending HKD 30.368 million to acquire 4 one-bedroom units, with usable areas of 356 square feet, transaction prices ranging from HKD 7.526 million to HKD 7.6701 million, and price per square foot between HKD 21,140 and HKD 21,545. In the same month, they also purchased a total of 3 three-bedroom units in Tseung Kwan O's LOHAS Park MALIBU and SEA TO SKY, with a cumulative investment of HKD 64.832 million

Great Eagle Holdings (00041.HK) Chairman Lo Ka Shui's family continues to purchase properties and has entered the market for the first time in Kai Tak's new development, spending a total of HKD 30.368 million to acquire 4 one-bedroom units at THE HENLEY III from Henderson Land (00012.HK).

The usable area of the 4 units is 356 square feet each, with transaction prices ranging from HKD 7.526 million to HKD 7.6701 million, translating to a price per square foot of HKD 21,140 to HKD 21,545.

In the same month, Lo Ka Shui's family also spent HKD 34.464 million to purchase 3 three-bedroom units in Tseung Kwan O's Sunrise City MALIBU and SEA TO SKY, indicating a total expenditure of HKD 64.832 million in the month
