# GMTECH: Appointed Cheng Weixi as the company's board secretary

On February 11th, GMTECH announced that the company's board of directors recently received a resignation letter from Zhang Wenbin. Due to personal reasons, Zhang Wenbin applied to resign from the positions of director and board secretary of the company. After the resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries, and the resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. On the same day, the company held the seventh meeting of the ninth board of directors, which reviewed and approved the proposal on the appointment of the company's board secretary, agreeing to appoint Cheng Weixi as the board secretary, with a term starting from the date of approval by the board of directors until the end of the current board's term
