STATEMENT BY DL INVEST GROUP REGARDING abrdn European Logistics Income plc

Katowice, Poland - 11 February 2026 - DL Invest Group S.A. ("DL Invest Group"), the largest shareholder in abrdn European Logistics Income plc (the "Company" or "ASLI") with an approximate 18% holding, today issued a statement regarding our requisitioned general meeting scheduled for 20 February 2026.
