Wanma Tech announced that recently, 5% shareholder Yan Nan's partial shares have been judicially frozen and re-frozen. The total frozen shares amount to 920,000 shares, accounting for 13.73% of his holdings and 0.69% of the company's total share capital. The freezing start date is February 10, 2026, and the unfreezing date is February 9, 2029. Yan Nan has a total of 6.1 million shares frozen, accounting for 91.04% of his holdings and 4.55% of the company's total share capital. Yan Nan is a non-controlling shareholder and actual controller, and does not hold a position in the company. This freezing will not lead to a change in the company's control and will not affect the company's operation, management, and governance
