# CROSSTEC's major shareholder converts convertible bonds, increasing shareholding to over 28.9%

CROSSTEC (03893.HK) stated that it has received a share conversion notice from its largest shareholder MKI, which will convert its convertible bonds with a principal amount of HKD 3.3 million into company shares at a conversion price of HKD 0.11 per share, increasing the total number of issued shares to nearly 397 million.

MKI remains the largest shareholder of CROSSTEC, with its shareholding increasing from 23.1% to 28.92%, while the shareholding of other public shareholders has decreased from 57.81% to 53.43%
