# HYDSOFT: Plans to sell 25.50% equity of Huibo Yuannian for 5.1 million yuan

HYDSOFT announced that the company intends to transfer 25.50% equity of its associate company, Huibo Yuannian, to its controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Shenhui Holdings Co., Ltd., for a transaction price of RMB 5.1 million. After the completion of this transaction, the company will no longer hold equity in the target company
