HI SUN TECH (00818.HK) announced that it expects to record a non-cash impairment loss of approximately HKD 100 million for the year ending December 31, 2025, related to its investment in the joint venture Zhaoxun Hengda, which will be classified as a non-operating loss, compared to a non-cash impairment loss of approximately HKD 141 million for the year 2024. The expected impairment loss is primarily attributed to revised forecasts based on changes in market conditions and the business development of Zhaoxun Hengda
