# EMGS Posts Weaker Q4 2025 Results and Weighs Strategic Options

The latest announcement is out from ElectroMagnetic GeoServices ASA ( (DE:E2M) ).

Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA reported a sharp decline in fourth-quarter 2025 revenues to USD 3.9 million from USD 9.7 million a year earlier, accompanied by an adjusted EBITDA loss of USD 1.3 million compared with a positive USD 7.9 million in the prior-year quarter. The company also booked significant impairments, writing down USD 3.9 million in long-term assets and USD 2.7 million in inventory, highlighting ongoing financial pressure on its operations.
