# A-share listed company UNIS announced the termination of its plan to be listed in Hong Kong

The mainland A-share listed company UNIS recently announced the termination of its plan to list in Hong Kong. UNIS is primarily engaged in cloud computing and information technology (IT) infrastructure business.

Looking back to February last year, media reports indicated that UNIS had chosen Société Générale, China Merchants Bank International, and CITIC Securities as arrangers for its secondary listing in Hong Kong, expecting to raise approximately USD 1 billion (about HKD 7.8 billion) through this secondary listing. However, the listing plan ultimately did not materialize
