Starting from November 20, 2025, this equity stake was publicly listed on the Xinjiang Property Exchange, and the transaction has now been completed, with the transferee being Shengxin Investment. Both parties have signed the "Property Transaction Contract of Xinjiang Property Exchange." The transfer price is 8.8238 million yuan, and the 3.49 million yuan deposit already paid by Shengxin Investment can be offset against part of the payment.
