# Emdoor Info: Wholly-owned subsidiary of the invested company plans to loan 375 million, will provide equity pledge guarantee

Emdoor Info announced that the 13th meeting of the fourth board of directors reviewed and approved the proposal on providing equity pledge guarantees and related transactions. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Yihong Investment, plans to apply for a fixed asset loan of 375 million yuan from China Construction Bank, and Yihong Investment intends to provide a pledge guarantee for the loan limited to its 40% equity in Yifeng Zhixin. Due to Chairman Zhang Zhiyu and Director and Chief Financial Officer Chen Liang serving as Chairman and Financial Officer of Yifeng Zhixin, respectively, they abstained from voting on this proposal. This proposal needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review
