# China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association: Regarding the rampant speculation by participants on the expected rise in urea guidance prices, we urge industry participants not to spread rumors or believe in rumors

The China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association issued a statement regarding the market speculation on the guidance price of urea, stating that the guidance price is a recommended price proposed by the association with the aim of promoting the stable supply and price of domestic urea and stabilizing market expectations. Recently, certain participants in the urea market have been speculating on the expectation of a rise in the guidance price of urea, causing market fluctuations. This behavior seriously affects the stability of the urea market and is contrary to the original intention of stabilizing the market with the guidance price. In the long term, the price of urea should primarily remain stable.
