Automated systems’ “safety level should at least reach that of a qualified and focused driver,” a document showed. The systems would also need to confirm that the driver has completed relevant training before autonomous functions could be activated. The ministry is seeking public comment on the draft rules through April 13, it said in a statement. ## Related News & Research - [China's Neolix resumes autonomous delivery operations in Abu Dhabi](https://longbridge.com/en/news/278500597.md) - [Smart Eye Secures Two Additional Driver Monitoring System Design Wins with European Truck OEM | SMTEF Stock News](https://longbridge.com/en/news/278563903.md) - [00:34 ETRoboSense Secures Exclusive Design Win for Baidu's Next-Gen Apollo Go Robotaxi](https://longbridge.com/en/news/278819553.md) - [Gordon Murray's Fire-Breathing T.50S Niki Lauda Is Officially Faster Around a Circuit than a GT3 Car](https://longbridge.com/en/news/278453721.md) - [The big question: Are electric vehicles really cheaper as petrol prices soar?](https://longbridge.com/en/news/278546075.md)
