# D. Boral Acquisition I Corp. closes $287.5M IPO with 28.75M units sold at $10/unit, includes 3.75M over-allotment units. Proceeds for business combination.

D. Boral Acquisition I Corp. has successfully closed its initial public offering, raising a total of $287,500,000 through the sale of 28,750,000 units at $10.00 per unit. This figure includes 3,750,000 units issued due to the underwriters' exercise of their over-allotment option. The units, trading on Nasdaq under the symbol "DBCAU" since February 11, 2026, consist of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable public warrant. Each whole warrant allows the holder to purchase one share at $11.50. The company plans to use the proceeds alongside a private placement of units to pursue business combinations. Post-separation trading will see Class A ordinary shares and warrants under symbols "DBCA" and "DBCAW" respectively.
