# Huabao International's listed subsidiary Huabao Limited has filed a lawsuit and has been awarded 450 million RMB

According to a report from Economic Information Daily on the 13th, Huabao International (00336) announced that its non-wholly-owned subsidiary Huabao Limited (Shenzhen: 300741) has filed a profit guarantee lawsuit against Shanghai Yifang and has received an arbitration center ruling. The main ruling states that the two respondents, QIAN RONG and Huang Jinrong, must pay Huabao Limited a total of approximately 450 million yuan (RMB).

The group indicated that the two respondents must pay Huabao Limited approximately 14.22 million yuan for losses caused by their failure to increase capital on time and a performance compensation of 432 million yuan. This ruling is final. (wh)
