# KNOWLEDGE ATLAS once rose over 22% during the session, the company has hired a counseling agency for its listing on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board

KNOWLEDGE ATLAS has seen a consecutive surge in Hong Kong for the second day, with an intraday increase of over 22%. Documents released on the official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission indicate that KNOWLEDGE ATLAS has appointed Guotai Haitong Securities and CICC as its advisory institutions for its listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market. According to the disclosure by the CSRC, KNOWLEDGE ATLAS has withdrawn its previous advisory filing submitted in April 2025 and has completed a new advisory filing registration. Unlike the last time, the IPO advisory institutions for KNOWLEDGE ATLAS have changed to two brokerages, with the previous CICC being replaced by Guotai Haitong Securities and CICC. The new advisory filing report also reveals that KNOWLEDGE ATLAS plans to make a push for the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange
