# The world's first 9S robot store opens in Changsha

On February 10th, the world's first robot 9S store - Super Energy Robot World opened in Changsha. This is a further upgrade to explore the new model of "offline deep experience + online full-process service" in the robot industry, following the company's opening of a robot 4S store last November. The 9S store covers a total area of 15,000 square meters, with nearly 5,000 square meters open in the first phase. Its "9S" system includes nine functional modules: Scenario (robot scene display), Sales (product sales), Subscription (rental services), Solution (custom development), Support (after-sales maintenance), Showcase (new product launches), Success (achievement incubation), Science (popular science research and study), and Skill (talent training), systematically integrating display, transaction, service, and incubation functions. The store gathers over 100 types of robots from six major fields, including smart health care, intelligent manufacturing, and smart education, presenting more than 50 immersive application scenarios and supporting full-process services from solution verification to commercial conversion.
