# The Thai hotel group MINT's Burger King operator is considering going public in Hong Kong as early as this year to raise over $400 million

According to Bloomberg, one of Asia's largest hotel groups, Thailand's Minor International (MINT), is considering spinning off its restaurant business for a listing in Hong Kong.

Sources indicate that Minor Food, the parent company of the Burger King and Dairy Queen brands, is considering a listing in Hong Kong as early as this year, aiming to raise over $400 million. Local media reported last year that the company had considered a listing in Thailand. Discussions about the listing, including scale and timeline, are still undecided.

Minor Food operates around 80 brands in over 20 countries and regions, with nearly 2,700 outlets
