# The mainland robot rental platform's order volume during the Spring Festival exceeded 5,000, with 30% of users being first-time renters

The mainland robot rental service platform "QingTianZu" data shows that as of February 12, the platform has received over 1,000 orders for the Spring Festival holiday. Based on reservation estimates, the total order volume during the entire Spring Festival period is expected to exceed 5,000, with about 30% of users being first-time renters; the overall GMV is expected to grow by approximately 80% quarter-on-quarter.

The company launched a "999 yuan (RMB) Universal Robot Experience Plan," with related orders accounting for about 15% of the platform's transaction volume. In addition, the demand for high-complexity and high-exposure scenarios continues to grow, driving the platform's overall average order value (AOV) to rise by approximately 15% quarter-on-quarter.

The platform currently has a dispatchable robot scale of over 3,000 units, with a service network covering more than 100 cities nationwide. The company's CEO Li Yiyan stated in a media interview that the surge in demand is not only due to the Spring Festival peak season but also because the usage scenarios for robots are becoming increasingly diverse, along with the exponential growth brought about by the continuous release of B-end scenario demand. He mentioned that the biggest pressure on the platform currently is the excessive order volume, while the fulfillment capacity is unable to keep up
