# [Corporate Profit Warning] BII TRANS TECH: Expected net profit last year to decrease to HKD 130 million to HKD 140 million

According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 13th, BII TRANS TECH (01522) announced that based on a preliminary review of the group's unaudited consolidated management accounts for the year ending December 31, 2025, it is expected that the group will record revenue between HKD 1.7 billion and HKD 1.8 billion, compared to approximately HKD 1.657 billion in the same period of 2024. It is anticipated that the profit attributable to equity shareholders of the company will be between HKD 130 million and HKD 140 million, while the profit attributable to equity shareholders of the company for the same period in 2024 was approximately HKD 168 million.

The expected decrease in profit attributable to equity shareholders of the company is mainly due to a significant decline in revenue and gross profit margin from the civil communication business compared to last year. (bn)
