# [Expected to be announced by the end of the month] Bloomberg: HKEX plans to expand the scope of "confidential IPO" applications

【Now 新聞台】市傳港交所考慮擴大以保密形式申請上市的公司類型。

據《彭博》引述消息指，港交所計劃容許更多不同類型的企業以保密形式申請上市，以鞏固本港作為全球上市目的地的領先優勢，建議將適用範圍由時僅容許市值最少達 100 億元、業績表現佳的先進科技或生物科技企業，才可申請保密上市擴至傳統行業，估計最快 2 月底會有公布。
