# Wanlistone: The holding subsidiary jointly acquires equity in China National Nuclear Resources Co., Ltd. with related parties

Wanlistone announced that its controlling subsidiary, Wanlistone Resource Technology Co., Ltd., is jointly acquiring equity in China Nuclear Resources Development Company with its related party, Hong Kong Xinxin Wanli Resources Co., Ltd. Wanlistone plans to acquire an 8.5% equity stake in China Nuclear Resources Company held by Nazhong Minerals, with a transaction price of USD 7.0833 million; the joint venture plans to acquire a 10.5% equity stake in China Nuclear Resources Company held by TiaoLing Company, with a transaction price of USD 8.75 million, and will also acquire an 8% equity stake in China Nuclear Resources Company held by Nazhong Minerals and TiaoLing Company at the latest valuation, with a transaction price of USD 8.5 million each, bringing the total transaction price to USD 17 million
