According to Zhitong Finance APP, on Friday, Alibaba (BABA.US) fell 3% , reporting at $158.73. In terms of news, on February 13, the State Administration for Market Regulation released the "Antitrust Compliance Guidelines for Internet Platforms," aimed at promoting innovation and healthy development of the platform economy, providing clear guidance for platform operators to carry out antitrust compliance. The "Guidelines" specifically outline four types of antitrust risks: monopoly agreements, abuse of market dominance, concentration of operators, and abuse of administrative power to eliminate or restrict competition, delineating clear "red lines" for platform operators.

The "Guidelines" propose new types of monopoly risks in eight scenarios, including: algorithm collusion between platforms, organizing assistance for platform operators to reach monopoly agreements, unfair high pricing by platforms, selling below cost by platforms, banning and blocking, "pick one from two" behavior, "lowest price on the entire network," and differential treatment by platforms, providing actionable guidance for platform operators to strengthen antitrust compliance management
