# CARRIANNA plans to sell 100% equity of Profit Share Investments Limited for HKD 45 million

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CARRIANNA (00126) announced that on February 13, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary CARRIANNA Real Estate Development Limited intends to sell 100% equity of Profit Share Investments Limited to Silver Chaser Holdings Limited for HKD 45 million.

As of the date of this announcement, the target company's sole and unique asset is approximately 4.62% of the indirect equity interest in the invested group.

The announcement stated that the sale provides the group with an opportunity to monetize its investment in the target company and reallocate financial resources for future development. In addition, the proceeds from the sale will reduce the group's debt. The sale aligns with the group's overall strategic planning.
